DanceVids Advertiser’s Proposal
You can advertise your event on the DanceVids Website. There are several options

Types of Packages: Advertiser’s package - Presenters Package - Contributor’s Package

Advertisers (All Ad periods are one month)

One Graphic Block on the Home Page (in the Ad Section)                    $75 per Month
One Graphic Block on the Upcoming Events Page (400*400px)    $50per Month
aGraphic blockhas two elements a Graphic Line: written text for example, the name of the Event Title, Dates, and Location etc. (up to 100characters), and a Logo Link: a picture, icon, Logo, image, or written text that a viewer can click on to be linked to your website.

Presenters (All Ad periods are one month)

One Graphic Block on the Home Page (in the Center Section)
One Graphic Block on the Upcoming Events Page (400*400px)
One DanceVids Video Video footage from the event edited to music;
DanceVids Videos can include, one graphic crawl and one graphic still of your

Local: Fees include a $100 (non-refundable) Booking Fee, a Production Fee $100 (per four hour time block) and a minimum $50 Travel Fee (if event is held within the Clearwater, StPete area)
Total Fee: $250 (minimum)
Regional: If the event is held outside of the Clearwater, StPete area but within central Florida (200 miles) there is an Extended Travel Fee of an additional $100
Total Fee: $350 (minimum)
Out of State If the event is being held outside of central Florida (200 miles) or the state of Florida, there is a Travel & Hotel Fee (Accommodations must be in the same hotel as the event)
Total Fee: $500 (minimum)

Post-production Extras:
One Webpage on the DanceVids Website
Webpage includes your DanceVids Video One logo Link your own logo linked to your website (200*200px) and One Graphic Line; Title, Date, and Location (100chrs), plus free monthly Event updates:

Contribute $500 or more to DanceVids to purchase new equipment and Your Webpage or the Webpage you Sponsor will be Free of Ads for one year.
